Our Mission was to help reinforce a culture of trust within Lilly. And to reignite pride in the company’s principles and integrity. How did we do it? We got human. We shared real stories that would resonate with employees that made Lilly more than a faceless corporation. We strived to be palpably human. Starting with overall campaign visuals and voice guidelines then, to a set of animated videos and strong visuals that would go up around Lilly offices all around the world.
